It's going to be cold tonight. The Twin Cities will see lows around minus 3 and part of northern Minnesota will get down to minus 20. This is just the beginning — next week could be the coldest one this winter.


If you haven't yet, it's time to get to know the 2020 Democrats. NPR has a big rundown of the big field of people vying for the Democratic presidential nomination. While they're all under the same party banner, they have many ideological differences on key issues:

Police officer in 'critical but stable' condition after shooting in Waseca
The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension says the officer and a suspect were taken to North Memorial Health Hospital in Robbinsdale for treatment. The suspect is being treated for non-life-threatening injuries.
