Hey, We're currently hiring for the VP of Marketing position here at Early to Rise. If you're interested in joining our team, working closely with me, and leading a fast-growing team of hungry marketers to help take our company to the next level, you'll want to read on. If not, feel free to skip this email (or forward it to a friend who may be interested). You'll be working with me and my team at my primary company Early to Rise. Since you're on this list, you hopefully have a good idea of what we do and who we help, but if not, here's a quick run down. We're a multi 7-figure coaching company that specializes in helping busy professionals build the systems and discipline they need to work less, earn more, and build their careers around their lives (not the other way around). We offer multiple digital products, virtual events, books, and coaching programs (digital and 1-on-1) plus an exclusive mastermind for high-earning business owners. And the results we're able to deliver to our clients are nothing short of spectacular. From helping clients build 8-figure businesses to saving their marriages to beating entrepreneurial anxiety, our coaching has transformed lives and businesses all over the planet. And if you're selected to work with us, you'll play a crucial role in expanding our reach and helping us impact even more lives by leading our company's marketing and branding to the next level. You'll work closely with me and have access to every course, program, and bit of content we've ever created. Plus a competitive salary–based on experience–with the potential for massive upside–based on the results you drive. (Btw, this position is 100% remote. But you get bonus points if you want to move down to Playa Del Carmen to hang out in person). Now for the "Who I'm looking for" part... First let me be clear who this is NOT for: Someone with thin skin. We believe in radical candor here at Early to Rise and if you struggle to accept criticism or thrive under pressure, this isn't for you. Someone who makes excuses. Results talk, everything else walks. As the VP of Marketing, you'll be expected to take extreme and complete ownership of critical KPIs. We expect results, and we'll give you the support you need to make them happen. Someone with no leadership experience: We're always looking for great marketers and copywriters. But this role is specifically for great marketers AND great leaders. You'll be responsible for building a team, systematizing critical processes, and ensuring the execution of multiple fast moving projects. If you don't have experience leading a team, hiring, and managing big projects, this isn't for you. So who IS this for? To keep it simple: - You love marketing - You love building teams and systems - You understand marketing STRATEGY (not just "how to do Facebook ads") - You're driven to hit aggressive goals and love the numbers that drive marketing (you should be familiar with things like ROAS, LTV, AOV, CPC, and plenty more) - You believe in the work that we're doing - You're willing to be in this role for at least 3 years (not saying you will be. But you should be willing to commit for at least 3 years) If you make it onto the team, you'll primarily be responsible for: - Creating marketing strategies to sell our most important products and services - Scaling customer acquisition through paid traffic - Managing projects–product launches, webinars, virtual events, etc. - Hiring, training, and managing a growing team of copywriters and media buyers - Growing the Craig Ballantyne Instagram account - Optimizing our marketing systems (this includes hiring and managing vendors, finding–and negotiating deals on–technology to increase our scale, and creating company wide SOPs). This is a high level position, but you'll still be expected to get down in the trenches and actively write copy, tweak funnels, and build assets alongside the team.
So if this is speaking to you, and you want to learn more, here's what to do next.
Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line, "I'm your next marketing wizard."
Do NOT reply to this email. Do NOT change the subject line. Attention to detail is crucial and if you can't follow the basic directions here, how can I expect you to manage a multiple 6 or even 7-figure marketing budget and a growing team!
Inside of your email, include a breakdown of your previous experience, 3 sentences describing why you think you would be a perfect fit for this role, and a 300-word (or less) piece of ad copy for our program The Millionaire Morning Routine.
(We run Facebook ads for the program so if you can't find the link, chances are, this isn't the right fit for you).
I hope to work with you soon!
