Dear Member, We have been diligently working to make the Club a safe place for our members and staff. As the situation surrounding Covid-19 continues to evolve, we will be modifying our operation based on the information and recommendations of government agencies. Thank you for your ongoing support of Echo Valley as we continue to navigate these difficult times. The following is a listing of the current status of all operations. Clubhouse: The clubhouse remains closed. Restrooms are available, but only a few people in the clubhouse at one time. Canned beverages and packaged snacks are available for golfers at the Terrace Room door. Take and Go: Take and go meals continue to be available and are a great way to enjoy food from your Club. Call 285-0101 to place your order. When arriving, call again and we will run it to your car or golf cart. If you are in your car, please park in the two stalls next to the West stairs heading down to the patio. Be watching for a new take and go menu. Also, give us a call and try out our new pizzas!!! Golf Course: The golf course and practice facilities remain open. We do encourage individual carts to help with social distancing. Guests are still welcome, but we ask that any guests (or members) who have been traveling to please follow the CDC guidelines. Also, if you are not feeling well, stay home. The bag room remains closed. Events: Easter activities at the Club are canceled. We do ask that you email us pictures of fun Easter activities you are doing at your house so we can share on social media or Club News. Everyone needs some smiles and happiness right now. While our men’s and women’s opening dinners will not be happening, we will be doing some tee-timed golf events and activities on the course on those dates. Men’s event is on April 8th and Women’s event is on April 14th. Be watching for upcoming emails on this. Parking and Entering Clubhouse: We continue to ask that golfers use the East side of the parking lot and come down the East set of stairs. The only door that will be opened to the clubhouse is the Terrace Room door on the Southside of the building. From all of us at Echo Valley, thank you for your encouragement and understanding as we work through these trying times. Although this is quite a challenging time for all of us, WE WILL GET THROUGH IT AS A FAMILY. We look forward to the day we will notify you of normal Club operations! Stay healthy and keep using your Club to get some fresh air, relaxation and enjoyment.
