**** The lucky recipient will be selected from the eligible entries based on the oldest working ULT freezer which maintains a temperature at or below -65°C (Celsius) and is currently in use to preserve contents in accordance with intended purpose of the ULT freezer. The oldest ULT freezer will be determined from the serial number of the unit. Working condition of oldest ULT freezer is subject to verification by PHCNA. |
