One week down, three to go! After a few days of doing ten reps of each exercise, we're going to up the difficulty a little bit. Today and tomorrow, you've got 15 reps of each to tackle. Don't worry — you've still got a day of rest at the end to help you recover. Doing more work over time, like you're doing by adding extra reps, is called progressive overload.
