Expose the media’s role in suppressing truth through the spread of disinformation on mail-in voting, COVID-19, law enforcement overreach and more; put pressure on advertisers and platforms alike. Launch the groundbreaking Media 2070: Media Reparations project, an in-depth research essay and organizing hub visibilizing the ways that U.S. media have taken part in anti-Black state violence and harm. Led by our Black colleagues, our team has worked for the last year to document and analyze these harms, laying the groundwork for dreaming a reparative future.
