| GALÁPAGOS ISLANDS We're here!!! The Galápagos Islands, inseparable from Charles Darwin's discoveries about evolution. Our Darwin Leaders from 11 different countries from 4 different continents are busy with their research on endemic animal and plant species, in collaboration with local partners like the Charles Darwin Foundation. The 'Oosterschelde' has been visited by hundreds of elementary school students, whom we welcome on board for a tour and presentation of the project. Students also climb the mast, learn to tie a knot and navigate. |
