Once again, the grand shopping boulevard will play host to shimmering spirit-like figures, suspended over the street (fun fact: did you know they’re inspired by Regent Street’s first-ever light display in 1954?). This year, you’re invited to celebrate their arrival with a spectacular show on Thursday November 15. The show will begin at 5.30pm, so make sure you arrive at 5pm to get a great viewing spot. Also make sure that you stick around for a late-night shopping and dining event until 9pm. Loads of shops, bars and restaurants will be pulling out all the stops: think exclusive offers and complimentary gifts , sips and snacks, plus gift-wrapping to make your Christmas shopping a breeze. There will be appearances by Doctor Who’s Jodie Whittaker, who will be switching on the lights, and performances from Calum Scott and Dreamgirls. Does it get any more festive than this? |
