🐰 Happy Easter! 🥚 The kids were up early this morning hunting for eggs that the Easter Bunny left. It's always a treat (pun intended) to see the magic in their eyes. We then went to church and it was so packed, the only open pew was in the very front ... and we were 15 minutes early! 🖍️ Speaking of children... If you have little ones, then you will definitely appreciate this brilliant hack. After doing this, you won't have to toss out all of those dried out markers. My wife and kids did it this weekend and saved many markers' lives. ☀️ It's been a relatively slow travel news week but the big upcoming story is the solar eclipse on April 8. Don't forget to pick up some solar eclipse glasses, which I've linked below in today's Travel Product of the Week. 📰 I have curated a round-up of the weekend's top travel news so scroll down to read them and the rest of the week's news stories. |

🌑️ Thursday Cool: This Website Will Tell You The Exact Time the 2024 Solar Eclipse Will Happen Across the Country If you’ve watched the news or surfed the web, then you know that excitement is starting to build for the 2024 Total Eclipse happening on April 8. I wrote a post a couple of weeks ago about how some airlines are offering special scenic flights in some parts of the country. They sold out in minutes. My wife asked me if I had bought any protective glasses and I said, “We’re not in the path.” She said, “Well, our kids’ school just sent out a message that they’re having an eclipse party.” I did some digging and found the coolest website that lets users input a U.S. city or zip code and the interactive map will show the exact times, a prediction of the corona and a countdown clock. Check it out here. |

🔒 Friday This Extremely Thin, Rechargeable Apple AirTag Alternative is a Much Better Choice For Your Wallet I recently decided to pop an AirTag into my wallet because as anyone who’s lost their wallet before knows, it’s a huge headache and hassle. My wallet is small and compact but when I put an AirTag in, it makes the pocket bulky. AirTags aren’t ideal for wallets. Here's a great alternative. |

📺 Travel Videos of the Week Second Scorpion Spotted at This Popular Las Vegas Hotel Three weeks ago, a story went viral after a guest at The Venetian Las Vegas claimed he was stung by a scorpion while sleeping in his room on December 26th. When I heard the resort had comped his room, I initially thought this could be the ol’ fly in the soup trick. Watch the video or read the story here. American Airlines Flight Attendants Tell Passengers They Love Them as They Deplane in Funny Video A video of two American Airlines flight attendants is going viral and for good reason. It’s cute and funny and when we’ve all grown so accustomed to seeing appalling behavior on airplanes, this is astonishingly refreshing. Watch the video or read the story here.
