And I’ve never considered leaving the company if I didn’t get one. I’ll leave a company if the pay is too low or there’s a toxic culture. But I’m not leaving if I don’t get a personalized coffee mug or a basket of mini muffins. I’m grateful to have a job I enjoy in an organization that I love.
What do you think? Are you among the folks who would leave if they didn’t receive a gift? What kind of gift would make you stay? Let me know! And if you enjoy this brief, tell others so they can benefit also.
