On Airbnb, the classic "Mystery Machine" van from the live-action Scooby-Doo movie from 2002 is featured for three overnight stays in Southern California. To commemorate the 20th anniversary of the film's debut, Airbnb has offered the Mystery Machine for three one-night stays on June 24, 25, and 26. A Sugar Ray album with a portable CD player, a lava lamp, and a vintage TV for late-night Scooby-Doo viewing are among the 2002 "throwbacks" in the van.
Meals and snacks are included, as well as mystery games and a virtual greeting from "host" Matthew Lillard, who played Shaggy in the film and its sequel.

PC Building Simulator is a simulation game in which you build a computer. It developed a sizable fanbase during Early Access on Steam, where it has received a "very positive" rating from over 34,000 users. The sequel isn't released yet, but you can play a pre-release build via the Epic Games Store's open beta right now. The beta includes the first hour of PC Building Simulator 2's career mode, as well as access to a limited-parts "free build" option. PC Building Simulator 2 will be released later this year and will be exclusive to the Epic Games Store. |

“Look, because of the strong foundation we’ve built, we’re better positioned despite [sic] any country in the world to overcome the global inflation we’re seeing,” Biden said towards the end of the speech, adding later, “I count recovery as going from where we are today in terms of the economy, to stability, to make it stable. It is strong as can be but for inflation, but for gas and food.” That’s what President Joe Biden had to say on Friday about America being better positioned than any other nation when it comes to the fight against inflation. But you can’t exactly disregard gas and food inflation, or inflation in general when making that argument. Friday was the same day that the Bureau of Labor Statistics announced that the CPI had climbed higher than anticipated to 8.6%. And AAA noted that the national average for gas is now $4.99. Maybe he’s right, but it seems awfully early to start claiming victory over inflation just yet. |

MIT researchers are sounding the alarm after they discovered a vulnerability in Apple’s M1 chip they say can’t be fixed. The newly-discovered flaw could allow attackers to hack into the chip by bypassing the last line of security defenses. The issue is with the chip’s pointer authentication codes, or PAC, which is a feature that makes it more difficult for hackers to embed malicious code into a device. Thanks to the new flaw, MIT researchers found a way to inject malicious code into devices with M1 chips due to the vulnerability of the PAC.
