The sleeping version of me is very chaotic compared to the awake version. I contort myself into all kinds of weird positions during the night, which obviously leads to me feeling stiff the next day. So I’m not joking when I say this story by reporter Stephanie Barnes truly saved me. She asked sleep experts for the products they personally rely on for better rest.
