Gov.-elect Tim Walz nearly finalized his administration picks on Friday, unveiling leaders for departments that connect his administration to workers and businesses across the state.
The phone and internet giant has "failed to provide adequate or reliable service" in Minnesota, the state Commerce Department said Friday as it called for the company to fix its problems and refund some customer money.
