I received a book last Christmas called "Whole Grain Vegan Baking" and have recently have had a lot of fun making the recipes in it. The jist of these recipes is they replace the egg and dairy with potatoes, squash, and other vegetables. Also oils and vegan yogurt.

Literally... deviled eggs! These little devils will be memorable with their spicy kick and adorable little faces. Sriracha is the key to heat in this recipe, but you can use any red hot sauce you like.

I think it is safe to bet that almost everyone loves pizza! This is a great tasting variation. They make fabulous appetizers for events, parties, and reunions. I actually prepare one package and split them between dinner one night, and lunch the next day. They are just as good reheated in the microwave.
These jack-o'-lantern snack bags are quick to make and would be great for a party or packed in school lunches.
Save Chip and Cracker Crumbs for Meatloaf
Instead of using bread crumbs or bread for your meatloaf mix, save the crumbs from the bottom of the chips, crackers, Fritos, Dorito's, even seeds from bread sticks. Just save them in a old bread bag and crush them together.
