Get insights from experts who’ve secured millions in unrestricted grants
Winning general operating grants isn’t just about asking — it’s about convincing funders that unrestricted support drives real impact. Tomorrow during our webinar, Smart Strategies for Attracting General Operating Support, two experts who’ve successfully navigated this challenge will share how they did it — and how you can, too. You won’t want to miss insights from these two experts: Tonia Brown-Kinzel, is Grant Compliance Manager at The Grant Plant, a consultancy that helps nonprofits secure and manage grants. She serves on the professional education committee of the Grant Professionals Association and as board president of GPA’s Ohio-Miami Valley Chapter. She also is a member of the National Grants Management Association’s Ohio Chapter. In various roles, Brown-Kinzel has helped raise more than $20 million for nonprofits, Tribal nations, and municipal agencies. Anne Musial, Chief Development Officer, The 19th, has more than two decades of experience in fundraising. She leads fundraising strategies for individual donors, foundations, and other revenue sources, at The 19th, an independent nonprofit newsroom reporting on issues related to gender, politics, and policy. She also serves on the senior leadership team. Before joining The 19th, Musial worked as a nonprofit and political consultant in Austin and Los Angeles, advising nonprofits and elected officials at the state, local, and national levels on fundraising and communications strategies. |
