Virginia Supreme Court throws out McAuliffe's felon restoration orders

The Virginia Supreme Court struck down Gov. Terry McAuliffe's executive orders restoring voting rights to more than 200,000 felons Friday, declaring that the 11,000-plus who have registered to vote must be stricken from the rolls.
