| Due to Covid restrictions, we decided to offer Vinátta bottle sales online for the first time ever in an effort to promote social distancing and avoid crowding in the taproom.

Bottle pickup will be Saturday 2/27 starting at 9AM before the taproom opens for on-site service at 11AM. We have a limited amount of bottles and highly recommend buying online to secure yours. Any bottles not sold in advance will be available for purchase in person starting at 9AM on Saturday.
$15 per bottle, no limits (we reserve the right to refund/refuse any unreasonably large orders).
Draft pours won't begin until 11am at the earliest. Masks are required for service. Due to Covid guidelines, we only have 6 tables open for sampling. Due to limited space, we will not be allowing standing room anywhere inside. In the event that our tables fill up, samples may be enjoyed outside.
2021 Rum Barrel-Aged Vinátta has been patiently waiting for 15 months to come to life. We couldn't be more excited to share the 7th anniversary of Vinátta with you in a safe and organized manner.
About the beer:
Vinátta is a bold, double-mashed Russian Imperial Stout clocking in at 12% ABV. This beer has a big, chewy mouthfeel that is bursting with flavors of chocolate, espresso, raisins, and dark stone fruit.
Our 2021 release of Vinátta patiently waited 15 months in a single rum puncheon. The extended barrel-aging period lends complex notes of charred oak, vanilla, and spiced rum to our beloved RIS. The end result is like eating a chocolate covered espresso bean followed by a raisin soaked in rum.
Breakfast pizza is this Sunday from 9:30AM-12PM. Don't miss out! Tables are available on a first-come, first-served basis. No reservations. Takeout is also highly encouraged. |
