ICS is a non-profit NGO based in Ho Chi Minh City, it was founded in 2008 by the LGBTQ community for the LGBTQ in Vietnam. VietPride is an annual event with the culmination of activities being a parade in Nguyen Hue Street. BritCham are proud to support ICS in this and other initiatives.
