Vietnamese cafe to open downtown

The owners of a Vietnamese sandwich shop operating in The Alley Downtown will open in a new location nearby.

Banh Mi House, co-owned by Kiet Pheung and Pamela Lee, will open in the coming weeks in the first floor of the Evangeline Apartments building at 302 Jefferson St.
