State Government restrictions will change from 11.59pm tonight when 90% of eligible Victorians are expected to be fully vaccinated against COVID. From this Friday, subject to individual industry vaccination requirements for staff and customers, the following restrictions apply: Masks are required indoors only in limited settings including retail, health care, aged care and justice facilities, at primary schools and on public transport/taxis/rideshare. No caps or density limits for cafés and restaurants. Dancefloors can now open. Workplaces are open and masks no longer need to be worn, but workers must be fully vaccinated against COVID. However, workers in high-risk workplaces such as corrections or meat, poultry and seafood processing facilities must still wear masks.Only those fully vaccinated against COVID can attend the following venues: - non-essential retail stores (e.g. clothes, toy and jewellery shops) - personal services (e.g. a hairdresser and beauty parlour) - community premises (e.g. a library) and creative arts premises - real estate services (inspection and auction)Download Phase D of the roadmap here.
