Victims ID'd in weekend violence. And 100-year-old grocery closing its doors.

Victims identified: After a violent weekend, the coroner has ID'd the teenager and two men shot to death in separate shootings. And yesterday, a store manager shot and killed a minor during an armed robbery.

Goodbye to a longtime biz: A neighborhood grocery store is closing its doors after almost a century in the Faubourg St. John, a throwback to a time when the city was dotted with small corner groceries, many founded by Italian families, Ian McNulty writes.

RTA woes: An auditor warned in June that the RTA could face federal oversight, fines or lawsuits over its handling of "on-time" trips for disabled riders. The CEO says steps have been taken to address it.

Art arrest: Two well-known graffiti artists were arrested trying to spraypaint a new work on a Marigny landmark. The building owner says it costs between $1,000 and $5,000 every time she calls in a painter to blot out graffiti.
