La banque Julius Baer, sponsor principal du Verbier Festival, a renouvelé son partenariat pour trois ans. La banque soutient également le Virtual Verbier Festival cet été. Bank Julius Baer, Principal Partner of the Verbier Festival, has renewed its partnership for another three years. The bank will also partner with the Festival to present this summer’s Virtual Verbier Festival.

BEETHOVEN - LES INTERPRÈTES : JOSHUA WEILERSTEIN

Le violoniste et chef d’orchestre américain Joshua Weilerstein est un collaborateur régulier du Festival de Verbier et est le directeur artistique de l’Orchestre de Chambre de Lausanne. M. Weilerstein s’entretient avec Charles Sigel de la relation du jeune chef d’orchestre avec Beethoven. American violinist and conductor Joshua Weilerstein is a regular collaborator at the Verbier Festival and is the Artistic Director of the Orchestre de Chambre de Lausanne. Weilerstein sits down with Charles Sigel to discuss the young conductor’s relationship to Beethoven.

Des performances inoubliables de Beethoven au Verbier Festival 2018 — tout d’abord, une électrisante Cinquième Symphonie, interprétée ici par le Verbier Festival Orchestra et Sir Simon Rattle, suivie d’un étincelant Premier Concerto pour piano avec le Verbier Festival Chamber Orchestra et Sir András Schiff dirigeant au piano. Unforgettable Beethoven performances from the 2018 Verbier Festival — first, an electrifying Fifth Symphony, performed here by the Verbier Festival Orchestra and Sir Simon Rattle, followed by a sparkling First Piano Concerto with the Verbier Festival Chamber Orchestra and Sir András Schiff conducting from the piano.
