Report: Positive trends seen in health care employment A recent analysis from Fitch Ratings shows that monthly job additions in the health care sector have been consistent, there are fewer unfilled roles and hourly earnings growth has slowed, signaling good news for health care employers. Fitch Ratings Director Richard Park said in a statement that payrolls for hospital and ambulatory service providers have grown for 14 and 26 months in a row, respectively, and their numbers of new jobs rose by an average of 15,150 and 24,300 per month, respectively, over a one-year period.
