Orbeez-shooting boys turn their attack on boy trying to protect his sisters: South Euclid Police Blotter
A woman reported June 17 that her son had been cornered in the backyard of his grandmother’s home by other unknown juveniles who shot at him with Orbeez guns. She learned about the incident when she was shown an Instagram video of it by a family member. Her son then told her they shot at him because they were threatening to shoot at his sisters, and he intervened.

Officers stopped a vehicle around 3 a.m. June 22 as it pulled out of Five Points Grille without its headlights illuminated. A passenger was cited for having an open container, although she and the driver but said they had no knowledge of what alcohol-scented drink was in the plastic cup in the car and was also still cold.

Drunk driver found with disabled vehicle on I-271 exit ramp: Highland Heights Police Blotter
A car was found disabled and smoking on the southbound exit ramp June 18.The driver told police he believed that he struck a guardrail on Interstate-90 while driving through Mentor. Detecting an odor of alcohol on the man’s breath, officers put him through sobriety tests, which he failed.
