Leftover Oatmeal Pancakes

Cooking oatmeal as pancakes.I make a larger serving of steel cut oatmeal to have quick breakfasts throughout my week. Sometimes, I'll use some of it by frying some up in an oiled pan as pancakes! It is purely oatmeal. I do add cinnamon and added blueberries to my oatmeal after I make it but nothing else different is added.
