Delegates will send three names to the governor who will then appoint the next treasurer. Speaking of special elections - Utah County's GOP central committee will be electing a new clerk/auditor as Amelia Powers Gardner is now a county commissioner. Candidates for that position so far are Josh Daniels, Wendy Hart, Greg Graves and Jason Christensen. Filing closes at 5 pm today. The FDA has now authorized the use of the Pfizer vaccine in children from age 12 and up. Kevin McCarthy sent a letter to GOP members of the House, notifying them of the recall vote on Liz Cheney. Without even batting an eye, he said "We are a big tent party. We represent Americans of all backgrounds and continue to grow our movement by the day.
