This is an excellent vegetable packed egg breakfast that's topped with cheese. You don't need an oven for this, you can do it all on the stove top as long as you have a lid for the pan!

Easy rope or twine dispenser It's so easy to make all you need is a empty lint roller, tape, scissors, a pen, and the twine to make a very easy twine or small rope dispenser. It's nice and neat and will be much easier to use after it's on your new dispenser.

I have limited space in a small fridge/freezer in my teeny tiny kitchen. I need to make my food last so I am not wasting any food. To keep my broccoli nice and fresh for the whole week, I pop my broccoli 'trees' in a jam jar filled with water. I do cut off the very end so it can sup on the water.
