Use Broken Hair Clips as Chip Clips

By attosa

A hair clip being used as a chip clip.I get so frustrated when my curly wild hair breaks my hair clips. They get stuck or snap closed too hard and their teeth break off. Instead of throwing the hair clip away, I reuse them as chip clips. An added benefit is the hair clips are usually super cute, so my snack bags look pretty fancy!

Trying Lotion Samples from Stores

By Maria

I have purchased so many jars of creams and lotions that end up not having the result I was hoping for. I keep empty clean RX bottles in my bag and I just put a few pumps in the bottle when I see a sample of a new cream. That way I can try it out for three to five days and see if there is any problem with it.

Personalized Bulletin Board

By heyitsthao

Personalized Bulletin Board - edge of paper covered board and tacksI don't like seeing all the holes in my bulletin board. I cover up the holes with scrapbook paper as it makes a beautiful background and your bulletin board will not look like everyone else's generic bulletin board. For a nice touch, on my thumbtack I got glue on pearls so it's prettier.

Tape Recipes to Cupboard Door

By Marty Dick

recipes on door backI am not a person who does any sort of cooking which requires intricate recipes, no cakes or anything fancy. I have my basic southern corn bread and my very basic instruction on how to cook white rice taped to the back of a cupboard door where they are kept clean for the next use.
