USDA Meteorologist: Expect Daily Thunderstorms in the Midwest

After months of negotiations, President Biden and announced Thursday a deal was reached on an infrastructure spending plan. White House National Climate Advisor and former EPA Administrator Gina McCarthy joined AgriTalk Host Chip Flory to discuss the bipartisan plan.

"As we head through the rest of June, we're setting up a pattern where we're going to see daily thunderstorms moving through much of the Midwest, and the axis of that heaviest rainfall is likely to stretch from the East-Central Plains to the lower Great Lakes region," says USDA Meteorologist Brad Rippey.
