A Message From the Editor

Good morning. The Trump administration on Monday appealed a court ruling that found its Executive Order against Perkins Coie was unconstitutional, signaling that Trump intends to continue his attack on law firms. Also, the French data protection authority is considering imposing a record fine of €525 million on Google, while in Germany, TikTok and X are facing class action lawsuits for allegedly misusing the data of minors and data breaches. Also in Europe, Spanish law firm Uría Menéndez has appointed new leadership.
