A Message From the Editor

Good morning. A U.S. Judge struck down Trump's executive order against WilmerHale — the third time an executive order issued by Trump against a Big Law firm has been blocked. Meanwhile, just weeks after India announced it was liberalizing its legal market, lawyers are frustrated that there has been no further clarification on what is required for foreign firms to operate in the country. In China, Taylor Wessing plans to launch an office in Shenzhen as it closes down in Beijing. And in Europe, the Netherlands is expected to be a key jurisdiction for private litigation brought under the Digital Markets Act.
