UPDATE ON THE GOVERNOR'S MANDATE
As you may know, Governor Mills has issued an executive order mandating that anyone who comes to Maine, regardless of where they live, must self-quarantine for 14 days to help slow the spread of the Coronavirus. Our offices are complying with the Governor's order.

Anyone found to be violating the order could be charged with a Class E crime, and face a $1,000 fine & six months in jail.

Our teams will be asking you if you have recently come back to Maine, so that we can make sure your visit with us is scheduled after the mandated 14 day self-quarantine period. Thank you for helping us to protect patients, staff, and all Mainers during this pandemic.

BEFORE YOU COME TO SEE US:

We are asking all NECS patients to answer these questions before they come in for an office visit:

1. Do you have a cough?
2. Do you have a fever?
3. Are you having difficulty breathing?
4. Have you had contact with someone who has been exposed to, or tested positive for, COVID-19?

If you answered YES to any of these questions, please call our office at 207-303-3300 before coming in for your visit. We can help determine the right course of action for you, and limit the spread of infection.
You can find information from the National Cancer Institute for cancer patients and COVID-19/Coronavirus here.
