| DearJohn, Bourns recently entered into an agreement with Murata to acquire the assets of Murata’s trimming potentiometer product line, and as of June 2016, Murata no longer accepts orders for its trimmer products. For ease of transition, Murata granted Bourns permission to use Murata part numbers on Bourns-produced replacement products. The replacement Bourns® products with the Murata numerical part numbers will be manufactured to Murata specifications. Bourns’ standard warranty terms will apply to replacement Bourns® products based on Murata specifications.
