Note from the CCDS Coordinator

Be among the first to earn your CCDS-O

By Penny Richards

If you’ve been thinking about applying for the new Certified Clinical Documentation Specialist-Outpatient (CCDS-O) certification, we’re accepting exam applications now.

The exam committee is busy finalizing questions that will appear on the CCDS-O exam. They are about half-way through the process and hope to have the exam completed by early January. At that point, ACDIS will undertake several administrative processes before launching the exam, tentatively in February 2019.

You may now apply for the exam at your convenience.
