| CofC closes School of Professional Studies College of Charleston President Andrew Hsu made the decision to recommend closure of the program, saying, “The SPS has not generated the sustained revenue and enrollment growth we desired, and the college can no longer justify continued investment in the stand-alone structure of the school.” Airport lounge at CHS set to reopen Wednesday The Club CHS at Charleston International Airport is set to reopen to passengers on Wednesday. The Club CHS, which opened a year ago this month, has implemented changes including menu alterations, social distancing, sanitizing stations and the use of face masks. Initial operating hours will be 6:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. daily. The Club CHS, a 3,000-square-foot shared-use lounge, offers customers areas to relax, work, dine or freshen up. |
