Blinktbi's portable EyeStat device measures blink reflex

A portable device developed by Charleston-based Blinktbi has received Food and Drug Administration clearance and is being used to measure and assess the blink reflexes. The blink reflex can possibly be an indicator for concussions.

SCRA gives grant funds to 4 companies
