A Message From the Editor

Good Morning. Canada and Mexico have been given a reprieve from the imposition of U.S. tariffs but it may be temporary and Canadian trade lawyers say no matter what happens, it's clear that the decades-old, rules-based world trade system has been torn to shreds. We're also looking at whether U.K. firms are likely to pick up market share in Greater China in the wake of U.S. firms' major retreat from the region. And in the U.S., it turns out some elite law firms are growing their equity partner ranks faster than you might think.
