It has been a minute since we’ve been in Sheffield and you gave us a phenomenal welcome. We are really grateful. To the guy I bumped into at the hotel earlier in the day and told me that quite a few of the acts playing had complained about the sun setting right into their eyes, thank you for the heads up. Means I didn’t end up complaining about it as well! But it sure was hard to see you all until the sun set. And there was the epic pigeon (have pigeons ever bee called epic before? This may be a first) that flew across the front of the stage and up into the rafters as if on cue during the end of Make This Go On Forever. Took me ages to train that bird to do that. Thanks again Sheffield! You were stellar! Looking forward to the next festival, @ynotfestival in Derbyshire this weekend. If you’re heading there we’ll see you on Friday.
