Train with the Building Safety Regulator The Building Safety Act 2022 names HSE as the Building Safety Regulator (BSR) in England. The Act contains a lot of new information and knowing how it fits together is critical for dutyholders to ensure they understand their own and others' responsibilities. In addition to the guidance and resources already available from BSR, we have developed four training courses. Join us for one of the following courses, which now includes live online delivery. This course provides a background to the Act, explains the legal framework and how the Act works with the secondary legislation.
