PE & VC cash flows set to decline from 2014 levels GPs are still able to raise ample amounts of capital, but the constant lack of targets to deploy that money continues to haunt many fund managers. With that, LPs have received distributions of near $216 billion from PE funds through the first half of 2015 and $35.4 billion from VC vehicles.
LPs have enjoyed positive net cash flows from alternative asset class GPs, yet they've also re-committed a significant amount. Moving forward, will LPs look to closer track fund performance as they employ more risk averse strategies?

Brexit effect? PE investor activity in the U.K. sluggish to start 2016 Just about any way you slice it, the first half of this decade has seen a marked uptick in private equity investment (non-venture) in the United Kingdom. Senvion sets price for private placement Wind turbine producer Senvion, a portfolio company of Centerbridge Partners and Arpwood Capital, has announced a price of €20 to €23.50 per share for its planned private placement.
