Toomey, Schumer reach compromise language on COVID relief bill

Republican Pat Toomey and Democrat Chuck Schumer reportedly reached an agreement on legislative language late Saturday, potentially clearing the way for a deal on a COVID relief package and votes Sunday by both the House and Senate. Toomey initially balked at repeating the types of federal loan programs that were set up in March.
