A BAC of .680: Police say a 4-year-old Baton Rouge girl had a blood-alcohol level of .680 percent after her grandmother forced her to drink a bottle of whiskey while the girl's mother watched. James Finn has the details this morning. By the way, adult drivers are considered drunk if their blood-alcohol level is above .08. This girl's level was 8½ times that, and 37 percent more than the BAC that killed LSU freshman Max Gruver while he pledged a fraternity. Motel mess: City leaders hope to figure out why no one is enforcing an ordinance targeting crime-ridden motels. The city has a major concert next week (Garth Brooks at Tiger Stadium, in case you hadn't heard) and tourism officials want to ensure that everyone is safe. Terry Jones explains.
