Visiting the War Remnants Museum in Ho Chi Minh City was a fever dream. I was over-caffeinated, surrounded by tanks and bombs and evidence of war crimes. There was something vaguely Disneyland about it. The music. The tourists posing next to barrels of Agent Orange. Violence is rarely ever random or senseless, but it is often absurd.
