Good morning from the GMSA anchor desk! We’re sore from a killer workout with our kids yesterday. It was fun to have them alongside us at the boxing club. My 19-year-old son, who has watched 40 pounds melt off me with workouts like this, was out of gas when we finished. I invited him to come back for another workout. He declined. He’s a college lacrosse player! Slacker. ;) By the way, Leslie’s daughter hardly looked winded in class. She’s a pro...like her momma!
