According to witnesses, Bishop was arguing with the victim and other passengers on the bus before she pushed the man out the door. The incident was caught on video which has since been shared with the public. 'While You Were Sleeping': Local clinic solves middle-of-the-night pet problems Tucked in a strip mall on San Antonio’s Northwest side is a middle-of-the-night saving grace for some people who own pets. Angel of Mercy Animal Critical Care, located in the 8700 block of Grissom Road, is a clinic that provides overnight emergency care, mostly for dogs and cats. Today's HeadlinesDA now rejecting felony drug cases in certain circumstances Under a policy instituted earlier this year, the Bexar County District Attorney's Office is now rejecting felony drug possession cases in which the drugs found weigh less than .25 grams. District Attorney Joe Gonzales confirmed the policy, after sources provided the KSAT 12 Defenders records citing the new policy as the reason cocaine and methamphetamine cases were being dismissed. South San ISD names principals for 3 schools currently shut down South San Independent School District Superintendent Alexandro Flores has appointed three principals to oversee the controversial reopening of three schools. The school board continues to move forward with efforts to reopen Athens Elementary, Kazen Middle School and West High School campus. Rail tanker explosion victim remembered as 'family first' man Roger Noriega was a family man. Noriega died Sunday, two days after he was fatally injured in a rail tanker explosion at the Alamo Junction Rail Park in South Bexar County.
