Opening more than 60 emails on Outlook could crash it

Microsoft's current advice? 'Avoid opening more than 60 emails at the same time'

Microsoft’s Outlook app is experiencing an odd issue that causes it to crash when you open more than 60 emails simultaneously, Digital Trends reported. The software giant said it’s now investigating the problem.

If you happen to open 61 or more emails on the Outlook app, it's likely to freeze and then display one of several error messages.

If you need to urgently resolve the issue, Microsoft suggests changing the Windows registry to augment the number of processes allowed simultaneously. However, we wouldn't recommend this, as tampering with the Windows registry may end up causing more problems such as app failures, crashes, and system malfunctions. Other workarounds include rolling back to an older version of Outlook or switching to the new Outlook app ...

Sonos Arc Ultra review: bigger bass, better sound, and Bluetooth too

‘The Arc Ultra improves just about every aspect of Sonos' flagship Dolby Atmos soundbar’

The Sonos Arc Ultra received a strong 4/5 score in Digital Trends’ recent hands-on review. Pros include the soundbar’s big, powerful bass, clear and intelligible dialogue, and immersive Dolby Atmos. The new soundbar is also described as a “massive” step up from the original Arc. Cons, on the other hand, include the lack of an HDMI input and remote, slightly harsh highs, and continuing app troubles following the disastrous rollout in May.

The Sonos Arc Ultra costs $999 and is available now. Dive into the full review to get the full details on this impressive — though not quite perfect — bit of kit ...

Netflix chose Stranger Things Day to reveal the titles of episodes for the fifth and final season of the hit show

They include The Crawl, The Vanishing of ___, The Turnbow Trap, Sorcerer, Shock Jock, Escape from Camazotz, The Bridge, and The Rightside Up. The Vanishing of ___ is the title that will generate the most conversations as the teaser censors the name of someone — or something — to avoid spoilers. PlayStation 5 Pro review: PS5 upgrade delivers few compromises at a cost

The new console lands today, but is it worth getting?

There’s been a lot of hype around the new Pro version of Sony’s PlayStation 5, but many have questioned whether it’s worth forking out $700 for. Digital Trends’ senior gaming editor Giovanni Colantonio has spent some quality time with the machine and has shared some of his thoughts in a detailed review.

He describes games looking clearer across the board, and some titles experiencing fewer hiccups and slowdowns compared to on the regular PS5. The AI-upscaling is also described as “the real deal.” But Colantonio ultimately sees the new machine as offering “an incremental improvement that mostly benefits those with giant monitors or 8K TVs” ...
