| Following Nintendo’s move to take down open-source Switch emulator Yuzu, the Japanese gaming giant has wiped out 8,535 Yuzu GitHub repositories with a single DMCA (Digital Millennium Copyright Act) takedown notice, Eurogamer reported. The repositories were targeted by Nintendo because they contained code from the original emulator and violated Nintendo's technological protection measures for Nintendo Switch titles.
