Dear Yogi, Buying gifts can be stressful for many reasons but conscious gifting can help alleviate worries. To gift consciously means taking time to consider gifts, rather than just giving for the sake of it. This may include a very conscious effort to choose ethically or sustainably, to align with the receiver’s values or the way we see the world. Check out our articles below for inspiration and savour the season by enjoying the process – thoughtfully consider recycling, re-using, making, mending, donating – and wrapping everything in sparkling kindness! How about our Gift Cards for the yogis on your list – and the ones who don’t yet know they’re yogis... :) Love, The EkhartYoga team. |
