This Couple Didn't Let a Pandemic Topple Their Sun-Dappled Dream

We always wanted the newsletter to be a happy place, but it's hard in these times – we don't have that many happy stories. But here's Christian to the rescue, with his tale of Alyssa and Allen Ward and their field of dreams, the flower farm that they opened to the public, now that all the events that people bought flowers for are shut down. They say “We are so happy that we can bring joy in this tough time."

It is a lovely story, and has me humming Tiny Tim's Tiptoe Through the Tulips or maybe The Talking Heads' (Nothing But) Flowers – a nice way to start the day.
