3months puppy who have parvo

I have a 3 month old Golden Retriever puppy who currently has parvo. We brought her to the vet and she stayed for 4 days for treatment. The vet said we could take her home and monitor her. He asked us to feed small amounts of food consisting of white rice or chicken breast. She can walk slowly, stand, and even bark.
